How Toxins Negatively Impact the Body: A list of non-toxic products

Uncategorized

A study done by environmental scientists found an average of 200+ chemicals in the umbilical cords of pregnant women after giving birth. That’s a lot of poison being pumped right into our babies!

General hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, bleach, shampoos, and popular daily products are loaded with toxins that have harmful effects on your body!

There are tons of easy and affordable ways to minimize toxins in your life to help keep yourself and your family healthy! I made sure to add some stuff for all ages! Tons of brands make non-toxic kids products.

Why Rid or Reduce Toxins?

Freeing our bodies of toxins allows us to let our body function at its fullest potential! Limiting them and detoxing has been shown to increase longevity in life and to have fewer illnesses!

We are constantly consuming toxins through cleaning products, beauty products (soap, lotions, etc.), perfumes, air fresheners and more! It’s pretty wild when you really think about all the things in your home that have harmful ingredients.

Our skin absorbs so many toxins! It’s so important to be mindful of what we put on the inside and outside of our bodies!

Toxins can interfere with our hormones; damage our DNA (increasing aging and degeneration), and displace structural minerals… which impact our skeletal development and other important bodily functions.

Plus numerous other reasons, but I won’t bore you too much!

Diet also plays a crucial role, but I’m just going to go over the non-toxic products I switched to years ago and that I actually use daily!

My Favorite toxin free products I use!

Non- Toxic Skin Care

I’ve used non-toxic skin care products for my face for years and years now! There are so many options that work amazingly!

I usually us the Aztec Healing Clay and then add in other goodies into it. An easy and cheap way to make DIY masks at home. You can use this stuff on your entire body too! This container of the healing clay will last you a longgggg time.
My favorite thing to add is hibiscus! It’s known as natures natural Botox, helps maintain youthful skin!
I also add activated charcoal often! It’s a great way to pull toxins out of your skin!

Mixing with apple cider vinegar instead of water has awesome benefits too! I do it occasionally.

You can also add all of these ingredients to your bath!

Consuming activated charcoal orally is also an awesome way to help rid your body of toxins!
